Security

To ensure your safety, we ask you to follow the instructions of the tour guide
Closed shoes are absolutely necessary for the tour
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
We provide information about possible allergens on site

Payment modalities

Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before the event
If you cancel 15-29 days before the event, we will refund 50% of the price
Unfortunately, refunds are no longer possible less than 15 days before the event
Due to the involvement of external service providers, we ask you for a deposit when booking Dinner at the Factory. Further details will follow with the order confirmation
If we have to cancel an appointment, we will find an alternative date together
