Soap:
Spread the Soeder natural soap on your wet hands or body, lathering it up to cover all areas, including the spaces between your fingers and under your fingernails. Massage gently into the skin and rinse thoroughly. Suitable for regular use.

Lotion:
Pour a small amount of lotion into your hands and apply evenly to the skin.
