When the days are short and the nights are long, it is especially important to take care of your own well-being. A good recipe for one or two relaxing hours is, for example, a visit to the sauna. It is not only relaxing, but also healthy. The alternation between hot and cold air stimulates the circulation, revs up the metabolism and is good for the immune system.
Because a real sauna session should not only be accompanied by proper heat, but also by good scents, we have teamed up with the Swiss wellness specialists from Küng. Together we have developed our very first sauna oil. What does it smell like? Whatever you like! The oil is available in four different scents: Holy Basil, Pink Pine, Resin Bay and Red Mandarin.
The sauna oil is vegan, free of palm oil and consists of ten percent dissolved essential oils in a fermented liquid, which makes it water-soluble. Of course, it can also be used in the steam bath or hammam - and even more: because not everyone has their own wellness area, you can also use it as an aroma oil at home: For example, it is suitable for many steam diffusers, and can also be drizzled on a scented stone or in a bowl of water.
What you can't do with it is any form of body care. But we have other options for that.
The sauna oil is available in bottles of 100ml or 1L and is refillable.
